Having trouble with anxiety? any help?

I have heard of a program "attacking anxiety and depression". Maybe you can find it through yahoo.com if you type in "attacking anxiety and despression". Also, what I would suggest is, trying to fight those thoughts that do not make sense. You obviously know the difference between reality and what is not real. When you get thoughts like things are going to jump at you, these are unrealistic thoughts. I used to feel the same way as a kid, but this wonderful world taught me to talk myself out of it or everyone will laugh at me. Let your ego guide you sometimes, if you are afraid of being teased, try to be as "normal" as possible. Do not be afraid if you are taller or skinny legs? No one is perfect in this world at all. And EVERYONE is scared of something. Some people just hide it better. Remember that, everyone is scared of something in this world, but the sharky people hide it better, meaning, the mean people hide their insecurities very well. No one is perfect in this world
