I'm in a lot of pain,help?

My vagina hurts so bad. It started this morning, i don't know how to explain it but the inside hurts. It feels swollen, and it feels like there is a half way put in tampon. When it's throbbing I rub it with toilet paper In a circular motion. That subsides the pain for a few seconds. It hurts worst when I sit. I washed my hands and stuck my finger up, and at the beginning of the opening it is sensitive. Sometimes I get sharp stabs. I doubt there is angrily stuck there. I checked with a hand mirror. It looks very pink, but I'm also on my period. What should I do? Thanks. I'm 14 by the way
