What was the first thing to move?

according to laws, something has to move in order to make something else to move. waaaay waaaay back. what made particles start to move. and what made that move. there couldn't have been any particles attracted to each other because that requires motion. so it much have been a bunch of particles just sitting there. right? but if that is true, what or who put them there?
