Sleep moaning, moving possible talking?

ok i didnt know i did this but apparently i move in my sleep, not walk but move like hand and leg motions, not spasms actual movements. My friend says i moan like im in pain or something and it is continuous. The last thing is that i might talk under all that moaning but my friend isn't sure he is going to listen more. Any ideas except for dumb answers.
