Severe twitching of legs hips shoulders neck?

See a rheumatologist on the 5th to look at skeltal deformities, in the meantime. I've developed a traveling myclonus which will jerk from left foot, then left hip, then left shoulder. If I put pressure on the areas, hard enough, body will relax and spasm will go on to the next place. Any ideas what's going on ? Been having terrible and Double vision lately and hands and feet tremor..
