Please help , i feel so ill :( im panicking !?

i am on ear infection antibiotics called amoxicillin my infection has gone but i cant hear very well .anyway I FEEL HORRIBLE .:( .i have such a bad headache at the front of my head to my eyes and sinuses and my head feels really heavy . i am sssooooooooo sleepy and i feel dizzy and when i walk i feel a bit wobbly also im shaking loads and having mini spasms :( what could it be .some people say it is side effects of tablets , cancer ! :( , cold , flu , sinus infection or i still have a ear infection ... btw im 13 :)
