Do I have a brain tumor?

Hey guys. I've been doing a lot of research on this topic but I'd still like to clarify this as much as I can. I think I may have a brain tumor due to the following symptoms- Dizziness when standing up, balance problems (usually at night), my friends ask me if I'm drunk sometimes because of how slow I talk (maybe speech is a bit slurred too), slight pressure in head (parents are telling me it's allergies, and I do have pollen allergies), once in a while I'll have a neck spasm. Would someone please let me know the chances of this being a brain tumor, and what other disorders are linked to these symptoms? Thanks a lot.
