Does anyone know if hospitals offer discount's or even free test for the uninsured?

My heart is starting to scare me. Over the past year I've been experiencing stabbing heart pain's and abnormal beating and it is only geting worse. It feels like my heart is having a hiccuping spasms. I dont have the money to pay for a 3-6000 dollar hospital visit. Please help.
