How can i get my boyfriend back??</3?

So i went out with this guy for about 3 months (keep in mind that for being my age its a while) and sadly i fell completely head over heels in love with him. He was usually a great bf and then one day he cheated on me with this girl who is basically known for being easy. of course i broke up with him right away but then i realized i had made a huge mistake after i actually ended things with him. Well he didn't have his phone or fb or anything to get in contact with me because he was grounded and he was at his dads house which is kinda far from where i live, but we communicated through our friend carter. He told carter that he didn't care if i wanted him back and that i broke his heart. I was completely heartbroken. One day carter called me with elijah on his home phone on a 3 way call and elijah told me he loved me and he was stupid and would do anything for me back, and of course i accepted his apology i was in love with him<3 Well we never officially got back together but he called me every night over spring break telling me he loved me since we couldn't see each other, this went on for about 3 weeks or so. Around our anniversary there was a concert that i wasn't invited to unfortunately but he was and he went with a group of friends and the girl he cheated on me with was going to be there, i thought that he might cheat again but it would be okay because i was so in love wit him i just wanted to have him and that was that, no matter what happened. Well i thought wrong, he didn't only cheat on me he asked her to be his gf and told her he broke up with me. after that we got in a fight and they went out for about 3 months and just recently broke up. He started to talk to me and told me he liked me but i know that im not the only girl hes been telling that to, i know most of you reading this probably think that I'm stupid for wanting him back but I do and its all i think about and all i really want right now. So how do I get him to be mine and only mine if he says he still likes me? Saying i miss him is an understatement, i just need some guidance im scared and in love i just don't know what to do :(
