Is America is truly "declining"?

I am a college student in NYC. To say i am nervous of whether or not i am going to get a job in the US when i graduate is an understatement, hence why i'm moving out of here. Do you believe a country that is trillions of dollars in debt, & about to be in 3 different wars truly falling apart?
