My cat twitches a lot! help?

Since it's summer, i am at home more often and sometimes i am in my room, and i see my cat sleeping and she starts to twitch a LOT. Her paws twitch, her head twitches, and everything on her body twitches, but at different times, it's like random spasms. Is this something I should take her to the vet for?
