Painful spasms on the back of my head? What could it mean?

Ive started a new job and its pretty stressful, have been really tired working long hours and recently got a really bad sore throat, felt dizzy and sick, after sleeping right away when I got home I felt a lot better. I still have this weird spasm in the back of my head on the right side, actually its more like the top of my head right at a certain area and its very sensitive, when I wash my hair it can also hurt when the area is touched. Could it be connected to my sore throat? It can hurt when I swallow food at times too. What does it mean? Ive had it before but after resting it usually went away, this time I had it for 2 days and today its less but still there.
