What should i do?PLEASE HELP ME!?

Please help me out if you know anything about this,my brother has very bad anxiety and sometimes his heart skips a beat when he is out of his medison.But he has his medison and everytime i go to check on him he keeps having spasms and it's worrying me bad,he said he is fine but i don't really think he is.Please help me out im freaking out,he's everything to me!!! :''(
