Chest pain and thumping under left breast!?!?

Im only 15 and i started having muscle pain, and it hurts when i take deep breaths, also sharp chest pain, and spasm/thumping under my left breast, i don't know why this happens but it randomly does and im really curious to know what it could be and/or if i could be serious.
