Having chest pains? any nurses or peramedicts or anyone out there?

I am going to go to the doctor but I was just wondering. My toes went into a muscle spasm and then after that my chest stared to hurt. I have had chest pains before and they keep saying nothing is wrong but this feels like a diiferent type of pain. Not sharp. Plz help. I know ur not doctors and I am going to one today just curious. Thanks
