Help me identify this condition... Happens right after exercise?

its more than likely a lack of oxygen. breath more deeply while you are running. In through the nose, out through the mouth, you should always have water with you while running, even in the cold. Have a light snack within 15 minutes of beginning your run, something like a power bar should do the trick. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.
